Duties:
* QAQC manager (quality control and quality assurance).
* Adapt the concepts of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards (automotive sector).
* Write service procedures, work and control instructions according to the Algerian regulations
and the technical requirements of the client.
* Plan all department operations according to production priorities and evaluate quality control
performance by ensuring compliance with standards.
* Define preventive and corrective actions and propose possible improvements.
* Solve any problem relating to the inspection of non-conforming parts by proposing solutions
(use problem solving method 8D, A3, 5S, Pareto, Ishikawa...) in order to define the root causes
of non-conformities.
* Participate in the improvement and updates (Analysis of Failure Modes of their effects and their
criticality).
* Ensure the treatment of non-conformities, customer complaints and the resolution of product
quality problems, in collaboration with the production unit managers.
* Supervise the various stages of assembly of the vehicle's mechanical components.
* Translate and simplify assembly and optimization catalogs in mechanical assembly methods.
Produce technical reports, daily and monthly reports.
